The Role

What you'll work on

  • Design and implement reusable cloud infrastructure foundations.
  • Build infrastructure automation using infrastructure-as-code practices.
  • Improve deployment, CI/CD, and developer platform capabilities.
  • Contribute to cloud architecture and environment design.
  • Implement observability, monitoring, and reliability practices.
  • Work with engineering and security teams on cloud controls and operational standards.
  • Investigate performance, reliability, deployment, and infrastructure issues.
  • Document platform patterns and reusable engineering practices.

Experience

What we're looking for

  • Professional experience with at least one major cloud platform.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code.
  • Experience with CI/CD and automated deployment practices.
  • Understanding of networking, identity, security, and cloud architecture fundamentals.
  • Experience working with containers or modern application deployment environments.
  • Ability to troubleshoot infrastructure and platform problems.
  • Strong written and verbal technical communication skills.

Additional Experience

Helpful, but not necessarily required

  • Experience with Kubernetes.
  • Experience building internal developer platforms.
  • Experience with site reliability engineering practices.
  • Experience with policy as code or cloud governance.
  • Consulting or client-facing delivery experience.
